These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyCalculator.to (the “Site”), operated by Andpixels LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) under our &Pixels Labs product line. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Description of Service

MyCalculator.to provides free online calculators and converters for personal, educational, and professional use across categories including finance, health, math, cooking, automotive, and more. The Site does not require account creation or registration.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for any lawful purpose. 3.2 Health and Fitness Calculators

3.3 Other Calculators

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES, FREE OF ERRORS, OR THAT ANY RESULT PRODUCED BY A CALCULATOR WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANDPIXELS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Andpixels LLC, its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of the Site; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

10.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Travis County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any other consolidated or representative proceeding.

10.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Andpixels LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
