eDPI is mouse DPI multiplied by in-game sensitivity, the standard way to compare aim settings inside one game. Converting between games instead matches cm/360, the physical distance the mouse travels for a full turn, because every engine turns a different number of degrees per mouse count.

Did you know? eDPI only compares within one game. 1,600 eDPI in Valorant turns more than three times as far as 1,600 eDPI in Counter-Strike 2, because Valorant moves 0.07 degrees per mouse count against the Source engine 0.022.
