MyCalculator.to
Last Updated: September 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Andpixels LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating MyCalculator.to (the “Site”) under our &Pixels Labs product line, collects, uses, and handles information when you visit or use the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

MyCalculator.to does not require you to create an account, log in, or submit any personal information to use our calculators and converters. Using a calculator or converter does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other information you provide directly. The only information of that kind we hold is what you choose to send us through our contact form or our newsletter signup, described in Section 1.3.

1.1 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including: (i) device information such as browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and device type; (ii) usage information such as pages visited, time spent on pages, clicks, scrolls, and interactions with calculator tools; (iii) network information such as your IP address and approximate geographic location; and (iv) referral information such as the website or search engine that directed you to the Site.

1.2 Information You Enter Into Calculators

Values you enter into our calculators are processed in your browser to generate results. We do not store, transmit, or associate calculator inputs with any individual user. However, third-party analytics tools described in Section 3 may record on-screen activity, including session recordings that capture your interactions with calculator fields.

One exception is the currency converter, which asks our server for the day’s published exchange rate between the two currencies you select. That request contains only the two currency codes, never the amount you are converting, and it is fulfilled server side, so the rates provider does not receive your IP address.

1.3 Information You Send Us Directly

If you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, along with the IP address the submission came from, which we use to limit automated abuse of the form. Submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, Inc., and a notification is emailed to us through MailerSend.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide and store it with MailerLite. Your IP address is read momentarily to rate limit the signup form and is not stored with your subscription. The providers behind both are described in Section 3.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected automatically to: (i) understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve our calculators and user experience; (ii) monitor Site performance, diagnose technical issues, and maintain security; (iii) analyze traffic patterns and usage trends in aggregate; and (iv) verify Site ownership with third-party platforms.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services on the Site:

3.1 Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to collect and analyze usage data. GA4 uses cookies to distinguish users and track sessions. Google may process this data on servers in the United States. Google’s privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

3.2 Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft Corporation, to understand how visitors interact with the Site through session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity captures clicks, scrolls, mouse movements, and page content during your visit. Microsoft Clarity may share data with Microsoft Advertising. Microsoft’s privacy statement is available at https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.

3.3 Cloudflare cdnjs

On pages offering PDF tools, we load the pdf.js library from Cloudflare’s cdnjs content delivery network. Cloudflare may receive your IP address and basic request data when delivering this content. Cloudflare’s privacy policy is available at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

3.4 Google Fonts

On the Font Pairing tool page, we load fonts from Google’s Fonts CDN. When your browser requests fonts, Google receives your IP address. Google’s privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

3.5 Pinterest

We include a Pinterest verification meta tag on the Site solely to verify site ownership with Pinterest. This tag does not place cookies or track your activity on the Site.

3.6 Supabase and MailerSend

Contact form submissions are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase, Inc., and a notification email is delivered through MailerSend. Supabase’s privacy policy is available at https://supabase.com/privacy and MailerSend’s at https://www.mailersend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

3.7 MailerLite

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored and managed by MailerLite Limited, which we use to send updates about new tools. Your IP address is read momentarily to rate limit the signup form and is not stored with your subscription. You can unsubscribe from any email. MailerLite’s privacy policy is available at https://www.mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.

3.8 Vercel

The Site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes request data including IP addresses in its server logs in order to deliver the Site. Vercel’s privacy policy is available at https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the Site. We use the following categories of cookies:

4.1 Strictly Necessary

The Site uses first-party localStorage to remember your theme preference and your cookie choice. That storage is needed for those features and does not collect personal information used for marketing purposes.

4.2 Analytics

These cookies are set by Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to help us understand how visitors use the Site. They include: (i) _ga and ga* cookies set by GA4, which expire after two years and are used to distinguish users and persist session state; and (ii) _clck, _clsk, and related cookies set by Microsoft Clarity, which expire between one day and one year and are used to connect pageviews into sessions and identify returning visitors.

4.3 Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, though doing so may affect Site functionality. You can also opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

The Site recognizes the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we suppress analytics and tracking technologies that would otherwise collect your data. We treat the GPC signal as a valid opt-out request under applicable state privacy laws.

We do not respond to browser-level “Do Not Track” signals, as there is no uniform industry standard for compliance with such signals.

6. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws. To the extent that data shared with our analytics providers constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) or similar state laws, you may opt out by: (i) enabling the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which we honor automatically; or (ii) contacting us using the information in Section 12.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under applicable state privacy laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (“TDPSA”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”).

7.1 Rights Available

You may have the right to: (i) know what personal information we have collected about you; (ii) request deletion of your personal information; (iii) opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; (iv) request correction of inaccurate personal information; and (v) not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

7.2 Exercising Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. Because we do not collect identifying information through the Site, we may need you to provide additional details to verify your identity and locate any data associated with your visit.

7.3 Appeals

If we decline a privacy rights request, you may appeal the decision by contacting us at the address in Section 12. We will respond to your appeal within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us using the information in Section 12, and we will promptly delete it.

9. Data Retention

Automatically collected analytics data is retained according to the default retention periods of our analytics providers. We do not independently store personal information collected through the Site beyond what these services retain.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information collected through the Site from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
